Salary rate: 55,000 negotiable

 

Responsibilities:

·         Handle customer service support calls from established customer.

·         Understand customers’ needs through effective listening and questioning

·         Must have an excellent customer service and problem solving skills          

 

 

Requirements:

·         Native/Non native Korean speaker

·         Good communication skills in English

·         Eighteen years old and above
