Position: Korean Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities:

 

- Handles calls from Korean clients living around the world

- Handles call from English speaking clients

- Received emails, calls and chats from Customers regarding their equipment’s problems

- Assist customers with their problems about building facilities

- Provides answers and solutions to client’s inquiries

- Provides immediate customer assistance if the client encounter difficulties in their facilities.

 

Requirements:

 

- Can speak English and Korean

- Native Koreans who can speak fluent English

- 20 years old to 45 years old

- Willing to start ASAP

- Willing to work in Mandaluyong

- Must Be Native

- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree

- Can speak, read and write Korean

- Can speak well in English

- Willing to work in Mandaluyong

- Fresh Graduates are HIGHLY encouraged to apply
