Position:          KOREAN SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location:         QUEZON CITY

Salary:             55, 000.00/NEGOTIABLE

Requirements:

 

  •  4 Year College graduate
  •  Business or communications and other related degree or equivalent experience.
  •  Tertiary qualification desirable
  •  Customer service experience in any of the following industries: retail, hospitality, administration, banking with preference for call Centre experience.
  •  Minimum 1 year experience.
  •  Demonstrated experience in working in a multicultural team.
  •  PC literate.
  •  Typing speed of 30 words per minute is desirable.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Handle requests (requests came from customers across Asia Pacific) that facilitate the money transfer process.

2. Required to meet a high level of service excellence in responding to the customer’s request in both English and a second language.

3. Received requests into the Centre primarily via phone calls.
