Position: Korean CSR for Luxury car account (Pioneer account)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Daily contact with Korean customers
  • Handles Korean speaking customers’ questions and clarifications
  • Takes emergency calls from Korean speakers
  • Resolve Korean customer’s problems regarding their automobile
  • Provide customer assistance in case of emergency
  • Assist customers regarding their problems

Requirements:

 

  • Native Korean
  • Can speak, read and write Korean
  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Female and Male Korean speakers
  • Has CSR experience in Korean account (Advantage)
  • Has experience driving in Korea or in the Philippines (Advantage)
