Korean Support Specialist 
Salary 55,000 NEGOTIABLE

Responsibilities:

1. They handle requests (requests came from customers across Asia Pacific) that facilitate the money transfer process.
2. They are required to meet a high level of service excellence in responding to the customer’s request in both English and a second language.
3. They received requests into the Centre primarily via phone calls.
4. They will resolve additional requests from internal departments on a as needs basis once approved by their managing team leader or the Operations Manager.
5. They will aid the Team Leader with call Centre projects from time to time.
6. They are expected to contribute to the team environment and base every relationship on the client’s Code of Conduct, Core Values and Behaviors.

Korean CSR for CAR Account

Salary: HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL (NEGOTIABLE)

1. Daily contact with Korean customers
2. Handles Korean speaking customers’ questions and clarifications
3. Takes emergency calls from Korean speakers
4. Resolve Korean customer’s problems regarding their automobile
5. Provide customer assistance in case of emergency
6. Assist customers regarding their problems
