Male or female

Graduate of 4 year course

Willing to work ASAP

Can speak read and write Korean and English

Has the ability to do customer service

 Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our Global clientele
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to be a team player

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Take calls
  2. Assist Korean clients
  3. Get some description from them
