Salary:
60,000 + 100,000 signing bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Contact Korean customers on a daily basis.
2. Handle emergency calls from Koreans.
3. Resolve problems in regards to technicalities.
4. Assist customers regarding their problems.

Requirements:

1. Native
2. TSR experience an advantage but not required
3. Self-motivated
4. Willing to be trained
5. Strong IT background
