Salary: P 50,000 – P 70,000

Job Description:

-          Answer inquiries from Korean customers through non-voice account

-          Attend to customers concerns through social networking sites

-          Provide excellent customer service for airline account

Requirements:

-          Must be able to speak, read and write Korean Language Fluently

-          Can speak fluently in English

-          Tourism graduate or with experience working in an airline is preferred but NOT required

-          Willing to be trained

-          Willing to provide customer service

-          Must be open for shifting schedule
