Position:  Korean Airline Social Media Specialist 

Location: Taguig City

Salary: P 50-70,000.00 Negotiable

 

Requirements:

  • University/Degree educated with good results
  • Native speaker in Korean and good English
  • Excellent writing skills in Korean
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or customer/client facing environment is an advantage but not required
  • Good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr Google+ etc.
  • Experience or interest within the travel & tourism industry
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules (24/7 environment) & during Philippine holidays
  • Willing to be based in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City

 

Job details:

  • Provide customer support for Airline company by the use of Social media network
  • Post information, Trivia, News and updates on Facebook, Twitter and other similar community sites of the Airline company
  • Should be able to answer all the concerns, inquiry and complains by joining chat rooms, forums, & comments conversations
