Shift: Shifting Schedule

Salary: P 50K – P 70K

Job Description:

-          Answer Korean customers’ comments through online networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, blog etc.) about the company’s services.

-          Provide information about travel reservations and other airline duties (booking and rebooking request, reservations, etc.)

-          Focus is to answer inquiries but Non-Voice (will not answer calls)

Job Requirements:

-          Proficiency in reading and writing Korean

-          Can speak in English

-          Experience is not a requirement as long as the applicant is willing to do customer service

-          Open for training

-          Can work with minimum supervision
