Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  •          Attend to customers inquiries and concerns regarding Healthcare issues or medical information
  •          Responsible for providing information or educating the callers about healthcare or medical concerns
  •          Responsible for documentation of the customer interaction (Calls and Emails)
  •          Do customer service summary report

 

Requirements:

 

  •          Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
  •          Able to handle Korean customers
  •          Preferably with healthcare experience but not a requirement
  •          Nursing/Medical graduate is a BIG PLUS
