• Providing support to Korean customers/clients

• Handling inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, and email

• Create /maintain and update customer records

• Update and inform customers about the status of their accounts

 

Requirements:

• Korean based or willing to work in the Philippines

• Can speak English

• Preferably Female

• Background in customer service is not required

• Willing to work in shifting schedules

• Willing to work for online gaming

• Can work in Makati immediately
