Requirements:

• Korean based in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• At least High School Graduate

• With at least 6 months of customer service experience (Even from other industries)

• Must be willing to work in Alabang on Shifting Schedules

 

Tasks:

• Provide assistance to Korean customer inquiries regarding Healthcare - services, products, insurances

• Provide support through phone, chat, and/or email
