Salary: P 40,000 - 60,000

Schedule:  Shifting

Requirements:

• Native Korean located in the Philippines

• Can speak English

• At least high school graduate

• Background/experience in customer service is an advantage but not required

• Experience in online gaming is not required

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Willing to work in Makati on shifting schedules

Tasks:

 

  • Provide support to Korean customers through phone, chat, and email

  • Handle concerns and inquiries

  • Provide timely and appropriate assistance to Koreans
