Responsibilities:
- Handling of adverse event and quality complaints in a prompt, courteous, clear and concise manner.
- Responsible for solving problems and educating callers about health /medication and procedures.
- Initiate and/or implement resolution for all customer requests and ensures that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
- Prepare customer service summary reports.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Korean languages
- Must be a degree holder of any course
- Healthcare background is a plus but not required
- Open to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Can start ASAP
