Salary: P60,000 above

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of adverse event and quality complaints in a prompt, courteous, clear and concise manner.
  • Responsible for solving problems and educating callers about health /medication and procedures.
  • Initiate and/or implement resolution for all customer requests and ensures that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Prepare customer service summary reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Korean languages
  • Must be a degree holder of any course
  • Healthcare background is a plus but not required
  • Open to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Can start ASAP
