Requirements:

• Native Korean

• Female

• Can speak English

• Preferably college graduate but not required

• Background in IT, TSR, Helpdesk, and/or CSR is an advantage

 

Responsibilities:

IT HELPDESK

• Providing assistance to Korean clients regarding technical issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

 

AIRLINE SUPPORT (Back-Office)

• Handle Korean Airline inquiries, concerns, and orders through email and messages

• Processing of documents
