Duties:



Answering emails from customers warmly and ascertain problem

 Tracking orders and interceding where necessary

 Assist customers with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges thru emails

 Advise on company information

 Respond and Follow up on all Request/Inquires via email

 Perform Administrative duties such as shipping product

 Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered thru email.

 Must read, write and speak in Korean and English

 Fluent in both Korean and English

 Good Communication Skills

 Associates degree or higher
