Position:              Korean Customer Service Associate

Requirements:

• Korean living in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• Male or Female, 21 - 35 years old

• At least College level - Any course

• Background in Customer service is an advantage but not required

• Must be willing to work in Makati on Shifting Schedules

 

Tasks:

• Online Customer Support via email and chat

• Providing assistance in customer concerns and questions regarding products and services

• Handle customer transactions from creation to closure of accounts

• Tracking and maintenance of account information
