Requirements:

• Korean National in the Philippines

• Must be fluent in English

• Graduate of any college degree

• Preferably with background or experience in Customer Service

• Must be willing to attend interviews, assessment, and work in Quezon City

• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules

 

Tasks:

• Gather and verify customer information and profile

• Manage concerns and inquiries

• Provide customer support through phone calls, chat, and email

• Make sure all hotel concerns are attended to in a timely and appropriate manner
