Position:              Korean Social Media Representative

Location:             Quezon City

Salary:                 Negotiable + Working Visa Processing

Schedule:            Shifting Schedule

 

Requirements:

• Korean National living in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder

• Must have background in IT, tech support, and/or Social Media management

• Must be willing to work in Quezon City on Shifting schedules

 

Tasks:

• Providing assistance to customer inquiries and concerns

• Assist in resolving technical issues encountered in a timely manner

• Monitoring of documented reports. Maintain logs, and customer follow-up

• Other tasks discussed during interview
