Position:              Korean Customer Service for Airline Account

Location:             Taguig City

Salary:                 P 60,000 - 70,000 Gross Negotiable + Working Visa Processing

Schedule:            Shifting Schedule

 

Requirements:

• Korean National currently in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• Graduate or Undergraduate

• Must have at least tourist / travel visa

• Background in customer service, airline, and/or travel is an advantage

 

Tasks:

• Handle Korean Airline inquiries, concerns, and orders through email and messages

• Handling customer concerns and feedback regarding travel services

• Phone calls will be done minimally

• Coordination between company and external departments

• Preparation and submission of document and reports
