PNP chief Dionardo Carlos identified the arrested person as Jun Myung Ho, 52, who is wanted for fraud and has a standing arrest warrant issued by the court of Korea. He was arrested by personnel of the Bureau of Immigration Fugitive Search Unit, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Cebu City Field Unit and Korean National Police Agency around 9:30 a.m. at Luisa Subdivision, Barangay Banilad, Cebu City. Carlos said the International Police Organization placed the suspect under a red notice. “We ensure the members of the International Police Organization that our police force is always ready to provide assistance to arrest these overstaying foreign criminals who are wanted by the law in their own countries and posed risk to public security,” he said.
