필리핀에서 법인 통장 만들기 BDO 은행에서 법인 통장 개설 경험담을 공유하고자 합니다. 법인회사에서는 Corporate Secretary 가 중요한 역활을 합니다. 회사 대표와 Corporate Secretary 같이 은행을 방문하면 됩니다. 필요한 서류는 아래와 같습니다. - Certificate of Incorporation ( issued by SEC ) - Articles of Incorporation - By-laws - Notarized Secretary's Certificate / Board Resolution ( authorizing the opening of account and its authorized signatures ) - List of Employeed Officers for the current year - List of Directors - List of Stockholders owning at least 2% of the Capital Stockholders - Mayer's Permit / Business Permit - Latest General Information Sheet ( GIS ) - Photocopies of Two(2) Valid Personal IDs of the Signatories - 2pcs. 1x1 or 2x2 pictures of the Signatories - Photocopies of Two(2) Valid Personal IDs of the Corporate Secretary - 2pcs. 1x1 or 2x2 pictures of the Secretary 위와 같이 기본 서류를 준비하고 나서 BDO 를 방문하면 되며, 상황에 따라서 보조 서류를 요청 할 수 있습니다. 이 때에는 요구 하는대로 준비해서 같다 주면 됩니다. 법인 통장을 만들 때에는 최저 유지 밸런스가 5만 페소입니다. 그리고 처음 개설 할 때, 체크북을 주는데 이 때 별도의 비용을 약간 지불해야합니다.
